Let's try this again.

Here's where I am so far. It's in that last ugly phase before it will start to look good.

What I have so far.

A lot of it is still rough and in the ugly phase, especially the walking part.

But here it is so far.

It's coming along.

I can have the majority of it done by the end of the week. Which is awesome. The walk cycle still needs to be smoothed out, though.

Lip syncing

Here's a test of mine. I'm happy with it. I few things need to be ironed out, like when he says "porch," but that seems to be it. Now I have to animate the body and upper head.

Update

I knocked out almost all of the lip syncing. Still nothing too interesting to show all at once. I should have the long end scene done by Wednesday, then it's all easy from there.

Also, here's what I want for the backgrounds:

Very "Home Movie-eqsue" rough colored outlines, some things not colored in, other colored out of the lines. I'm happy with it.

now that I have a voice for him, I'm beginning work on the bum. Here's his bust:

I'm making progress now that the voices have been recorded, but nothing too interesting to show. I'll have a big update on Monday with all sorts of cool stuff.
